In Honor of Black History Month 2016 The WB Media group will be featuring 29 people in 29 days who are creating “Modern Day Black History in their community or chosen profession. Today February 2, 2016 the WB Media Group features Vanessa Green: Civil Rights Activist & #BlackLivesMatter Advocate
Vanessa Green is a graduate of Spring Valley High School in Spring Valley,NY. She started her college career attending Virginia State University majoring in Special Education. She later returned to College attending The Borough of Manhattan Community and then John Jay College (CUNY).
Vanessa Green is a tireless supporter of the LGBT Community and a passionate and vocal leader of The #BlackLivesMatter Movement in the New York area.
